Do you charge for shipping?
Customer satisfaction is super important to us — that’s why we cover all shipping costs! Every order is delivered to your doorstep 100% FREE. No minimum order required!
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order’s on its way, you’ll get a shipping confirmation email. That email will include your order number, which you can use to track your parcel on our Track & Trace page. You’ll usually receive the shipping confirmation within 2 days of placing your order.
When will my order arrive?
We aim to offer top value for money — and to do that, we ship directly from our supplier. Delivery generally takes 7–15 days.
Can I exchange or return my order?
Yep, you can return or exchange your order within 14 days of delivery. You’ll find all the steps on our Returns Policy page.
My order hasn’t arrived — what’s going on?
Most orders arrive within the expected timeframe, but delays can happen. If you haven’t received your parcel 3 days after the estimated delivery date, get in touch with us and we’ll look into it for you.
